Turkish Super Lig club Fenerbahce has released update about the injury status of the Nigeria’s Super Eagles defender Bright Osayi-Samuel.
The skillful wing-back was ruled of the 2025 African Cup of Nations qualifiers due to the injury.
The club on Sunday morning confirmed that the former Queen Park Rangers star man will be out of action for 3 weeks.
Osayi-Samuel was part of the Super Eagles team to the 2023 African Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.
Despite interest from several top clubs in Europe, Fenerbahce decided to hold to the Nigerian International and he has been key man in the team under coach Jose Mourinho.
