Former Italian International Mario Balotelli is currently out of contract, but the Italian wants to return to play in Serie A.
The former Liverpool attacker is without a club after most recently turning out for Adana Demirspor in Turkey.
The 34-year-old Balotelli tells DAZN that he has received several offers abroad, which he has kept because he wants to return to Serie A.
” I want to return to Serie A, and that is why I am here at home”.
” I have received offers from abroad, but I have kept it all because I hope to be able to return to Serie A. There are no clubs I would not be happy with. Instead, I should think about which clubs might not be the right ones for me”.
It has been four seasons since Mario Balotelli last played in his home country. Here it was 14 appearances and six scores for Monza.
In total, the controversial striker has played for 11 clubs in his career – including success at Inter, Manchester City, and Milan.
