Former Super Eagles forward Daniel Amokachi has been appointed to the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Technical Study Group for the ongoing 2025 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations.
Amokachi will be part of a diverse team that includes South Africa’s Walter Steenbok, former Technical Director of the South African Football Association, and Mali’s Mohamed Magassouba, who managed the Malian national team from 2019 to 2022.
Also joining the group are international scouts Romain Albaric and Bennard Yao Kumordzi.
The five-man panel will be responsible for conducting a technical assessment of the tournament, identifying tactical trends, analysing team playing styles, and highlighting emerging young talents throughout the competition.
