Nigerian striker Simy Nwankwo has completed a move to Saudi Arabian club Al Orobah.
The 33-year-old parted ways with Serie B outfit Salernitana during the summer after his contract expired, ending a four-year spell with the Italian side.
Nwankwo enjoyed his most prolific campaign in Italy back in 2019/20, when he scored 20 goals to finish as Serie B’s top scorer and powered Crotone to Serie A promotion. He also featured for Nigeria at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
The experienced forward will now aim to use his wealth of European experience to help Al Orobah secure promotion to the Saudi Professional Football League.
