Arsenal have officially completed the signing of Eberechi Eze from Crystal Palace in a deal worth £67.5 million.
The 26-year-old forward, who was strongly linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur earlier this week, has instead committed his future to the Gunners, penning a four-year contract with the option of a further year.
Eze, who will take the No.10 shirt at the Emirates Stadium, becomes Arsenal’s seventh summer signing, following the arrivals of Martin Zubimendi, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Christian Norgaard, Viktor Gyökeres, Noni Madueke, and Cristhian Mosquera.
His arrival pushes Arsenal’s summer transfer outlay to £267 million as Mikel Arteta continues to strengthen his squad ahead of the new campaign.
