The home-based Super Eagles were once again held by Zanzibar, playing out a 2-2 draw in a friendly match ahead of the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN) on Thursday.
Nigeria took a comfortable 2-0 lead at halftime through goals from Nasarawa United forward Anas Yusuf and Adedayo Olamilekan.
However, Zanzibar staged a strong comeback in the second half to level the score and secure a share of the spoils.
This comes after both sides played out a goalless draw in their first friendly on Monday.
The Home Eagles will now turn their focus to their opening Group D match at the CHAN 2024 finals against defending champions Senegal, scheduled for next Tuesday at the Amman Stadium in Zanzibar.
