Al Hilal are not giving up on their bid for Victor Osimhen, despite seeing their reported €30m salary package rebuffed by the Napoli forward. Juventus, meanwhile, are monitoring the situation closely.
The €75m release clause applies only to clubs outside of Italy, meaning Juventus would need to negotiate directly with Napoli a much more complex process. So far, no other team aside from Al Hilal has been willing to pay that fee, but Osimhen chose to turn down their proposal, even with a staggering €30m per year on the table.
According to Turkish transfer expert Yagiz Sabuncoglu, Al Hilal remain undeterred and are preparing another attempt to persuade Osimhen to make the move. While it’s hard to see him changing his mind, especially with the Club World Cup deadline gone, there’s still a chance for a deal.
Meanwhile, Galatasaray are eager to make their loan agreement permanent after a successful spell, while Manchester United, Arsenal, and Chelsea are exploring other transfer options.
