Nigeria’s Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye has said he has no regrets over how his career has panned out.
After having torrid season in the English championship with Watford FC, the Nigerian International has rose to become the first choice in the Italian Serie A side with Udinese.
While speaking to the Tribalfootball, Okoye instead grateful for how his career has went.
” I am happy how things went, I learnt a lot from that, I was lucky enough to have people who believed in me, believing in myself and with God on my side.
” Yes, I’m with most of my goalkeeping coaches, all of them helped me a lot in this journey which started 20 years ago.
” I am thankful for each and every one of my former goalkeeping coaches”, he said.
Okoye is currently the first-choice goalkeeper of the Italian Serie A side Udinese.
