Super Falcons star Francisca Ordega has been crowned the Saudi Women’s Premier League Player of the Month for March.
The Al-Ittihad winger edged out fellow Nigerian Ashleigh Plumptre and Congo’s Naomie Kabakaba to clinch the award.
Ordega secured an impressive 62% of the fan vote, while both Plumptre and Kabakaba garnered 16% each.
The 31-year-old was in stellar form throughout the month, netting four goals and providing three assists in just three league appearances for Al-Ittihad Ladies.
During that period, her club picked up two victories and suffered one defeat.
Ordega joined Al-Ittihad on a free transfer ahead of the current season.
