Despite missing out on the final squad, Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa has expressed his full support for the team.
The Kano Pillars forward was included in the 39-man provisional squad but did not make the final 23-man list released on Tuesday.
However, Musa remains confident in the team’s ability to deliver the expected result.
“The team is one, and any player called upon to represent the Super Eagles must give their all,” he stated.
“I am fully behind the team and will be cheering them on to victory in these World Cup qualifiers,” Musa told Modzerosport.
