Super Falcons forward, Gift Monday, is enjoying her best-ever season in Europe, playing for UDG Tenerife in the Spanish women’s top division.
With six goals in her last five matches, she has moved up to third place in the goal-scoring rankings, totaling 10 goals for the season.
The 23-year-old has been pivotal for Tenerife in the 2024/25 season, contributing 10 goals and three assists, accounting for 50 percent of the team’s 26 goals. Tenerife is currently in sixth place with 29 points after 18 matches.
This is Monday’s third season in Europe, and it has already proven to be her most successful.

Monday is currently ranked third on the Liga F goal-scoring chart, just four goals behind Ewa Pajor of Barcelona, who leads with 14 goals.
