Portuguese Primeira Liga club Boavista has turned down an offer for Nigerian defender Bruno Onyeamaechi.
The Super Eagles player has been the subject of transfer rumors since last summer due to his strong performances for the national team.
Several clubs have expressed interest in signing him, but the high asking price has been a barrier to a move.
Turkish Süper Lig side Trabzonspor made a €2.5 million bid for Onyeamaechi, but Boavista rejected the offer, holding out for €3 million.
