Ahead of the semi final clash on Saturday, the coach of the Nigeria’s Flying Eagles Aliyu Zubairu has urged Nigerians to expect a better team against Niger.
After losing the opening game to Burkina Faso, Flying Eagles came back strongly against Cote d’Ivoire on Thursday and secured a 2-1 to progress into the final four
The coach of the El Kanemi Warriors said the boys were a jittery in the opening game but have fully recovered and has also settled down into the competition.
“The boys were jittery in the first game and that’s usually what you get in an opening game, but today you could see that it was a much-improved team”.
“In the semi final, you will see a better Nigerian team, we cannot compromise because we have to qualify for the U20 AFCON”, he said.
