President Ahmed Tinubu on Wednesday scrapped Ministry of Sports Development under John Enoh in a cabinet reshuffle.
Hon. Enoh has been in charge of Sports since 2023 and the sports in the country has witnessed up and down under his watch.
Meanwhile, the president reestablished National sports commission and appointed for chairman of League Management Committee Shehu Dikko as the director.
The NSC, which had previously been dissolved, is now tasked with overseeing the country’s sports policies and administration, a role last undertaken by the Federal Ministry of Sports Development.
