Chelsea midfielder Cole Palmer pulled off a unique feat on Saturday by scoring four goals in one half in the Premier League.
Palmer scored his goals against Brighton in a period of twenty minutes.
His third goal from a free kick was particularly beautiful. Partly due to his goals, Chelsea won 4-2.
The 22-year-old Palmer is the first player ever to score four goals in a single half in the Premier League.
The record for most goals in a single match is not his. Several players have scored five goals in a single Premier League match.
Arsenal’s 4-2 win saw Jurien Timber directly involved in a goal for the first time since his move to the Premier League, when he provided the assist for Gabriel Martinelli’s opening goal at right back with a low cross.
After Martinelli’s opening goal, Leandro Trossard doubled Arsenal’s lead, but James Justin’s two goals made it exciting.
An own goal from Wilfred Ndidi and a goal by Kai Havertz in injury time, Arsenal ensured that secured full points.
At Brentford-West Ham United, the spectacle took place in the opening phase. It was no coincidence, because Brentford scored for the third game in a row in the first minute.
In the second half, Tomás Soucek scored the equalizer for West Ham United and the final score: 1-1.
Earlier in the day, Newcastle United held champions Manchester City to a 1-1 at the St James Park.
