2025 AFCON Qualifier: Libya unveils killer squad for Super Eagles

The newly appointed coach of Libya Nasser Al-Hadiri has unveiled a killer squad for the upcoming 2025 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Super Eagles.

The coach was appointed last week in place of departed Serbian tactician Milutin Sredojevic.

He called up 28 players for the crucial tie against the 3-time African champions.

Al-Hadiri kept faith with some of the regular players in the team.

Al-Ittihad star, Abu Shabab, Mohammed Al-Tabbal of Al-Nassr and Ahmed Al-Masmari of Barcelona B are some of the key Stars in the team.

Libya will face Super Eagles in a match day 3 encounter at the Goodswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo before hosting the same opponent at the Benina Stadium 4 days later.
