The assistant coach of the Nigeria Premier Football League side Sunshine Stars Boboola Akinfolarin has expressed his dissatisfaction with the disallowed goal against Remo Stars.
The Akure Gunners suffered a narrow 1-0 loss to the Sky Blue Boys in Ikenne in the match day 2 of the league.
But he stated that they will return to the drawing board and plan for the upcoming game.
“We lost the game due to lack of concentration, and our inability to convert our chances,” he said.
“I don’t know why that beautiful goal was disallowed.
“We will go back to the drawing board and work on areas that need adjustments.”
Sunshine Stars will host Abia Warriors next at the Otunba Dipo Dina Stadium, Ijebu Ode.
