Kieran Trippier is looking to leave Newcastle this month in a bid to secure first-team football.
The 33-year-old was an unused substitute in Newcastle’s opening-day win over Southampton.
Trippier has two years remaining on his Newcastle contract and is one of the club’s highest earners, but wants to explore new opportunities at this stage of his career.
Newcastle turned down a £13m offer from Bayern Munich for the England international in January.
