Nigeria Premier Football League side Rangers International will play their home matches in the 2026/2027 CAF Champions League at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne.

The Flying Antelopes have opted for the venue as they seek to comply with the Confederation of African Football (CAF) stadium requirements for continental competitions.

The Remo Stars Stadium has become one of the preferred venues for Nigerian clubs competing in CAF inter-club tournaments due to its modern facilities and compliance with CAF standards.

Meanwhile, Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) are also considering using the Ikenne-based stadium for their home fixtures in the 2026/2027 CAF Confederation Cup.

If the arrangement is finalised, the Remo Stars Stadium could serve as the continental home ground for multiple Nigerian clubs during the upcoming CAF club competition season, further highlighting its growing importance as one of the country’s leading football venues.
