Remo Stars name Abd’Allah as technical adviser

The Nigeria Premier Football League defending champions Remo Stars has announced Usman Abdallah as the new technical adviser.

“We are delighted to confirm the appointment of Usman Abd’Allah as the new Technical Adviser of the club.

The appointment takes immediate effect and represents a major step in the club’s strategic drive to enhance performance and achieve greater success”, the said.

Abd’Allah brings a wealth of experience and strong academic credentials to the role.

He is a holder of the UEFA Pro Licence and possesses advanced qualifications in football coaching and team management from Le CREPS de Montpellier, France.

He also holds the National Coaching Accreditation Programme (NCAP) Level 1 certification from Singapore, as well as the prestigious LaLiga Coaching Certificate.
A seasoned tactician, Abd’Allah has managed clubs across Asia and France.

On the domestic front, he served as assistant coach of the Nigeria national football team under former head coach Jose Peseiro.

He previously worked as Technical Adviser of Enyimba FC, and also held roles as assistant coach and youth team overseer at Kano Pillars FC.

During his tenure at Enyimba, the club reached the semi-finals of the CAF Confederation Cup, where they narrowly lost to Morocco’s Raja Casablanca.

He also guided Enyimba to the Nigeria Professional Football League title in the 2018/19 season.

 

With his blend of international exposure and deep understanding of Nigerian football, Abd’Allah is well-positioned to lead the Sky Blue Stars into a new era.
