2025 AFCON: CAF appointments Cameroonian officials for Nigeria–Mozambique clash

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed a team of Cameroonian referees to officiate the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations encounter between Nigeria and Mozambique.

According to the appointment, 29-year-old Abdou Abdel Mefire will take charge of the match as the center referee.

He will be assisted by compatriots Elvis Noupoue and Carine Atezambong, completing an all-Cameroon officiating trio for the fixture.

The highly anticipated Group-stage clash between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and Mozambique is scheduled to take place on Monday in Fez, Morocco.
