Benin Republic Women’s National Team, the Amazons, have arrived in Lomé, Togo, for the final phase of their preparation ahead of their 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) qualifier against Nigeria’s Super Falcons.
The first leg of the crucial qualifier is scheduled to take place on Thursday, October 24, 2025, as the Amazons aim to secure a positive result before traveling to Nigeria for the return fixture.
The second leg will be played at the MKO Abiola Stadium, Abeokuta, on Tuesday, where the Super Falcons will look to capitalize on home advantage to seal qualification for the continental showpiece.
Both teams are expected to name their final matchday squads within the next 48 hours as preparations intensify ahead of the double-header encounter.
