The trio of Moses Simon, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru and Olisah Ndah came in for Alex Iwobi, Samuel Chukwueze and Calvin Bassey.
The substitutions paid off almost immediately as forward Victor Osimhen who later came in for Victor Boniface made it 2-0 for Nigeria.
Lookman wrapped up the game with the 3rd goal late in the game off an assist from Simon and gave Nigeria maximum points.
