After their victory in the matchday three of the AFCON qualifier, William Troost-Ekong is expecting an hostile environment during the second leg.

Italy based midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru gave Nigeria the much needed goal in Uyo to ensure a maximum points going into the second leg.

The Saudi based defender was happy about the outcome of the first leg but is expecting the reverse fixture to be a bit difficult.

“I think we were superior today but we had to take the game like a big puzzle trying to solve the problem on how we can get the chances,” Ekong said after the game.

“And now the experience from the first game should prepare us better for the second game.

“I think it will something similar and probably more difficult because we won’t have our lovely fans here to cheer us on, so it’s going to be very hostile there.”
